Chef Beverly, owner of Bamboo Fire Café in the Pineapple Grove Arts District of Downtown Delray Beach, creates made-from-scratch world-influenced cuisines for the Taste History Culinary Tour

Bamboo Fire Café is a quaint family-owned eatery that features cuisines influenced by the South American country of Guyana.  Guyana's settlers who have been their original people include the Arawak and Caribe Indians; then there's the Dutch and British Colonists;  Africans and the Chinese. The Bamboo Fire Café takes elements of all these different cultures for engaging and savory culinary inspirations.
